Service Supervisor/LVN


To better meet the needs of our community, Samaritan Village is expanding its
services into Home Care. The Service Supervisor will collaborate with management to implement the new program with an emphasis on customer service. By developing process flow procedures for admissions, scheduling, and plans of care, the Service Supervisor will build caregiver training programs focusing on chronic care & long term relationship development with a motivated “can-do” attitude.  A minimum of two years of experience with clinical quality and
compliance programs, two years of managerial/leadership responsibility, proven
experience managing clinical and quality programs and an active LVN license

Pre-employment DOJ/FBI clearance, TB test, clear drugs screen, and employment history/professional reference verification requirement. EOE
