Samaritan Village is seeking an experienced Janitor to join our Housekeeping department. This is a great opportunity for someone with 2+ years of janitorial experience to join an established team of qualified professionals.
Our janitors provide exemplary customer service to the residents and keep the community sparkling from top to bottom. Our team takes pride in the quality of work they provide and it shows! The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience operating industrial janitorial equipment, enjoys working as part of a team, is customer-service focused, possesses the demonstrated ability to adhere to a cleaning schedule, and has proven knowledge of carpet/floor care and window cleaning practices. Responsibilities include floor/carpet cleaning, community inspections, ensuring that cleaning equipment is in good working order, periodic deep cleaning, window cleaning, and changing light bulbs etc.
This full-time position has a set schedule, working 40 hours per week Tuesday-Saturday with Sunday and Monday off.
