Samaritan Village is seeking an experienced Janitor to join our Housekeeping department. This is a great opportunity for someone with 2+ years of janitorial experience to join an established team of qualified professionals. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience operating industrial janitorial equipment, enjoys working as part of a team, is customer-service focused, possesses the demonstrated ability to adhere to a cleaning schedule, and has proven knowledge of carpet/floor care and window cleaning practices. Responsibilities include floor/carpet cleaning, community inspections, ensuring that cleaning equipment is in good working order, periodic deep cleaning, window cleaning, and changing lightbulbs etc.
This full-time position has a set schedule, working 40 hours per week Sunday-Thursday 12 Noon – 8:30pm with Friday & Saturday off. The pay range is $12.50-13.00/hour, depending on experience.
