These units are great options for residents who need a little extra storage space and prefer a layout that separates their bedroom from their main room. The Grape floor plan located in the E building features a 700 sq. ft. studio layout with a 48 sq. ft. private patio or balcony. The entryway of this floor plan flows seamlessly into a spacious area that acts as a combined dining and living room. Near the door lies the kitchen, two closets, and the laundry room which leads into the bathroom. The bedroom, which is separate from the rest of the layout, can be entered through the main room and grants access to the private patio or balcony area.
When compared to The Grape floor plan, The Plum features the same amount of indoor square feet (700 sq. ft.) and almost double the outdoor space with a 80 sq. ft. private balcony. This layout opens up into the kitchen which flows seamlessly into a larger versatile main room area perfect for entertaining and the private balcony. Near the entryway lies the bathroom as well as the storage and laundry closets. The bedroom overlooks the balcony and holds two closets for extra storage space.
The Peach Blossom is our most spacious single bedroom option with a 838 sq ft layout and 105 sq. ft. welcoming front patio. From there, the entrance leads to the living room which flows into the dining room and kitchen. Next to this lies one of two closets, the laundry area, and the bathroom. The private bedroom can be accessed through the living room or bathroom.
