Samaritan Village is looking for an HR Generalist to work closely with HR management providing strategic and operational support for the full range of HR services.
Areas of focus include recruiting, leave administration, policy implementation, employee relations, training, performance management, compensation, and benefits administration.
Must have excellent computer, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
Requirements include a B.A. degree and 3 years of HR experience or the equivalent combination of experience and education.
Proven tack record of exercising discretion and independent judgement with regard to matters of significance to the employer.
Must be able to obtain clearance from DOJ, clear FBI fingerprinting and criminal background check, TB test, health screening, and required physical abilities testing. EOE
