Samaritan Village is looking for an HR Generalist to work closely with HR management providing strategic and operational support for the full range of HR services. Areas of focus include recruiting, policy implementation, employee relations, safety, training, performance management, compensation, and benefits administration. Must have excellent computer, communication, and interpersonal skills. The ability to multi-task and function in an environment of growth is a must.
Requirements include a B.A. degree and 2 years of HR experience or the equivalent combination of experience and education.
