We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Resident Services team. The front desk is the hub of Samaritan Village, and this full-time position offers a wide variety of duties perfect for someone focused on a positive customer experience. Our Customer Service Representatives are the first points of contact for residents, guests and employees at Samaritan Village.
The successful candidate must possess the ability to:
• Manage a large number of phone calls
• Identify and assess peoples' needs to achieve satisfaction
• Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
• Maintain record of interactions
• Process resident invoices and file documents
Proven customer support experience required. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening necessary. Must be customer-focused with the ability to adapt to different types of situations and possess excellent communication skills.
The ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively is a must.
This is a full-time, benefits-eligible position with a set-schedule: Sunday-Thursday 6:00am-2:00pm. Samaritan Village offers competitive benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and a Retirement Plan), paid holidays and PTO to its full-time employees.
