Caregiver
(Flex Position – Starting at $16.50/hour)
Pay: $16.50/hour base + shift differentials ($0.50/hour for PM, $1.00/hour for NOC)

What You'll Do
As a Caregiver, you'll play a vital role in supporting residents with their daily needs and ensuring they live with dignity, comfort, and joy. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, meals, light housekeeping)
- Providing compassionate, attentive care and companionship
- Observing and reporting changes in residents' health or behavior
- Collaborating with a dedicated team to provide the best possible service

What We're Looking For
- Availability for one shift each week on Friday or Saturday
- Strong judgment and attention to detail
- Great communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Compassion, reliability, and professionalism
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old and fluent in English
- First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Pre-employment clearances: DOJ/FBI background check, TB test, drug screen, and reference verification
