Samaritan Village is looking for an advanced Administrative Assistant with well-honed organizational and communication skills. This position offers an opportunity to utilize customer service, clerical, communication, and organizational skills.
Performs administrative and office support activities for multiple departments at Samaritan Village.
Duties include the creation of various reports for external agencies, reconciliation of financial reports, creation of spreadsheets and presentations, monitoring of equipment inventory, receptionist responsibilities and filing.
Extensive software skills, proven organizational skills, and strong communication is required. Creates and maintains clerical processes and systems to ensure a high level of productivity and organization.
Uses good judgment in performing tasks to ensure work is prioritized based on the needs of the department. Handles sensitive information and maintains confidentiality. May be assigned more complex clerical projects based upon need.
• 2+ years of administrative experience with progressive responsibilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Advanced Microsoft Word and Excel abilities
• Highly organized
• Experience with confidential information
