A. The Alexander Cohen Hospice House provides 24-hour nursing care for the terminally ill patients of Community Hospice, Inc. Like Samaritan Village, Community Hospice is a nonprofit organization. This is the only freestanding hospice care facility in the county. The 16-bed facility features private rooms along with other home-like amenities for patients with a terminal prognosis with symptom management issues or caregiver needs.
