Levels of Care

Level One

- Three meals and two snacks served daily
- Weekly housekeeping services
- Medication supervision and management
- Weekly linen and laundry services
- 24-hour emergency call system
- Transportation to scheduled appointments, events and outings
- Individually climate-controlled apartments

Level Two
Includes all the benefits of level one care, plus:

- Physician appointment scheduling
- Cognitive assistance including reminders and redirection
- Bathing, dressing and grooming assistance
- Dining assistance including management for specialized diets
- Diabetic care supervision
- Respiratory care assistance

Level Three
Includes all the benefits of levels one and two care, plus:

- Transfer assistance as allowed by state regulations
- Continence care including enhanced linen, laundry and housekeeping services
- Personal behavior monitoring based on initial admission assessment and care plan
- Behavior medication management in conjunction with physician recommendations
