About UsSamaritan Village is more than a senior complex. Samaritan Village is a community. Our campus is home to more than 200 people. Over 100 members of the surrounding community make their living as staff at Samaritan Village. The Village Restaurant is often the choice for local business people who wish to enjoy a great lunch or dinner. Our residents, their families and others attend Toastmasters, Red Hat Ladies and other clubs weekly at The Orchards Event Center on our campus. Having redefined retirement since 2002, Samaritan Village looks forward to exceeding your expectations.
Samaritan Village History Through the vision of John and June Rogers, the dream to build a retirement community for the local Catholic nuns and priests was born. As the design process for Samaritan Village started under the leadership of Chief Executive Officer Harold A. Petersen, III, the original goal was broadened to offer luxurious, yet surprisingly affordable living to all seniors sixty and over.
